As a Pre-clinical Drug Development Lead within BenevolentAI, you will work closely with experts in artificial intelligence, drug discovery, clinical and commercial help to quickly advance a portfolio of pre-clinical and clinical programs into and through clinical studies using novel approaches and strategies.
We are looking for an innovative and creative expert pre-clinical scientist with a real desire to change the way drugs are developed to make significant contributions to our technology-enabled drug discovery and development programmes. You will find new and efficient ways to lead and advance projects, building data packages to support identification and clinical entry of candidate molecules as well as allowing the assessment of molecules in new indications. As a central member of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of scientists passionate about reinventing the way new medicines are developed, you will have significant freedom to apply your own ideas and AI-enabled strategies to greatly increase the efficiency of the drug development journey. Based at our Central London HQ in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter, you will work closely with experts in artificial intelligence, deep learning, informatics, biological/chemical sciences and clinical translation/commercialisation to allow medicines to be developed more efficiently, more cheaply and more quickly.
